Three
Questions About This Web Site
Where is your client list?
We don't
publish our client list on our Web site. This isn't because we're overly
secretive or don't have one; it's because we tend to work on sensitive
projects for clients, and they appreciate our discretion. A complete
list of clients is available upon request. Our work includes significant
work for financial services, information technology and consumer goods
companies, as well as not-for-profits, academic institutions and non-governmental
organizations.
Where
is your Methodology ?
One of the
things that bugs us the most about our fellow consultants is the common
use of 'propietary' methodologies. You may have seen these before: they
tend to make heavy use of alliteration (the Five I's of this, or the
four P's of that) or the trademarking of basic words ('You need our
Brand Strategy process!')
Rather than
present a cutesy, oversimplified 'trademarked' methods, we devise a
custom approach to meet the specific demands of each project we work
on. We put our approach into plain English and lay things out logically.
Nobody has complained yet.
Why
is your Web site so plain?
We have a
lot of information to convey; we decided to keep things simple. If we've
overdone things, please let us know.
