Futures
Research is the art and science of understanding emerging change.

analysis, forecasting, and other futures tools to build a picture of
the possible, probable, and preferred future(s) of your organization,

Ethnography
is
the qualitative, 'field' study of people in their natural habitats.
The goal of our ethnographic research is to provide an insiders
point of view into the lives of your customers and constituents.
Through participant observation, field interviews, and the collection
of artefacts, we develop a deep understanding both how and why people
interact with your organization and its products and services. By living
among your constituents, we look for opportunities to improve their
experience.
Positioning
is
